Furniture Plus offers free delivery* on all orders. However, additional charges may apply for additional services as detailed below.
Free One Man Delivery
We offer Free One Man Delivery on all orders. Delivery is available to all areas of the UK mainland as standard. This is a one-man delivery service who will take the item into any ground floor room*. The driver has the equipment to offload the item or items from his vehicle and bring them to your property. Assistance may be required for heavy and bulky items especially if there are access issues, stairs or any obstacles to manoeuvre. The delivery company will contact you approximately 3-4 days prior to delivery via email and text message (if a mobile number is provided) with a delivery date and Four-hour time window. If the slot offered is not suitable then the offered date and time can be rejected, and the delivery company will be in touch again with a new slot. You do not have to be in for the delivery as you do have the option to have the order left in a safe place, with a neighbour or to a nearby address.
* Please note some smaller items such as mirrors, bedsides and lamp tables etc showing as in stock with a 2-3 working day timescale will be delivered by a One Man Courier Service to your front door only. Prior to delivery an email will be sent confirming your delivery day. On the day itself you will be sent an email/text with a two hour time slot. You will also be provided with a link to track your order. Delivery to room of choice is available on request, but there is a fee of £19.99 for this service and for items In Stock with a 2-3 day delivery it will extendi the delivery time by 1-2 weeks.
Two Man Delivery
We offer a Two Man Delivery Service to all areas of the UK Mainland for £19.99. This service is undertaken by a Two Man delivery team and they will delivery your furniture to the room of your choice including upstairs or downstairs. As above the delivery company will contact you approximately 3-4 days prior to delivery via email and text message (if a mobile number is provided) with a delivery date and Four-hour time window. If the slot offered is not suitable then the offered date and time can be rejected, and the delivery company will be in touch again with a new slot. You do not have to be in for the delivery as you do have the option to have the order left in a safe place, with a neighbour or to a nearby address.
Click & Collect
If you have access to your own transport, you are welcome to collect your furniture from our furniture warehouse on the Wirral. Simply tick the relavant box when placing your order. (PLEASE NOTE THE ITEM MAY NOT BE PHYSICALLY IN STOCK AT OUR WAREHOUSE AND MAY NEED TO BE ORDERED IN FOR COLLECTION FROM OUR WAREHOUSE - PLEASE CALL BEFORE COLLECTING TO CONFIRM THE ITEM IS IN STOCK)
An email will be sent to you to confirm your order is in stock and ready for collection.
We will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Local Deliveries undertaken directly by Furniture Plus will be arranged via phone with a date and time agreed.
Assembly Of Furniture
The majority of our products are designed with no home assembly needed, however on occasions to aid delivery or to avoid damage, our designers have deemed it best that certain items will need minimal home assembly.
Items needing minimal home assembly will be clearly identified in the individual item description as partially assembly required. As a rule dining tables, beds and wardrobes need some home assembly.In no way does this detract from the quality or structural integrity of the product.
Packaging & Waste
All packaging and waste is the responsibility of you the customer. We recommend the packaging to be recycled where possible. All local authorities have facilities for disposal of packaging materials.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR PACKAGING UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. AS ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
