Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us (www.furnitureplusonline.co.uk) you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.

How to place an order

You can place an order via our website www.furnitureplusonline.co.uk following the prompts given or by contacting us on phone number 0800 169 2175.

Once you have placed an order you will be contacted via e-mail within 24hrs (or next working day) with details of your order and further information.

www.furnitureplusonline.co.uk will store your data securely and it will not be handed on to any third parties.

Delivery

All items featured on this web site are normally delivered to the customer within 7-49 days of purchase. In all cases delivery quotes are not guaranteed but should be regarded as a guide to the anticipated waiting time under normal circumstances.
Whilst we make every endeavor to adhere to delivery times, unfortunately www.furnitureplusonline.co.uk cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery beyond the suppliers' control.

Goods delivered by the delivery company will be placed in the customer’s preferred room, provided that reasonable access is available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture they purchase can pass through the doorways, hallways, rooms and staircases to the room of their choice. In the event of restricted access the delivery staff will leave the goods at the nearest convenient point for the customer.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly by contacting us on our telephone number 0800 169 2175.

Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. We do require details of your wish to cancel in writing either by email (sales@furnitureplusonline.co.uk) or by post to Furnitureplus, 9 Dinsdale Road, Bromborough, Wirral, CH62 8PX.

We aim to respond within 2 working days to confirm the cancellation and details of the refund due. You do not have to give a reason for cancellation; however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

Collection is free of charge. However, if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and these result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. All goods must be returned in original packaging.

For your security and protection refunds are given by the same method which the payment was made by.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment for orders

All goods must be paid for prior to delivery.

Faulty Goods

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, if you should find any problem with your order, please contact our Customer Services team on 0800-169-2175 or email us at orders@furnitureplusonline.co.uk so we ensure we have all the relevant information. You have 14 days from receipt of receiving the goods in which to report any missing or damaged items

We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on our website; however, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown.

www.furnitureplusonline.co.uk reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice. You will be automatically bound by these modifications when you use the site, and should periodically read these Terms.
