Delivery service is available throughout mainland UK. Free delivery on all orders over £300, £19 if not! If you have access to your own transport you are welcome to collect your furniture from our furniture warehouse on the Wirral. DELIVERY IS NOW ALSO AVAILABLE TO JERSEY AND GUERNSEY - CALL FOR DELIVERY CHARGES

Please note: If you are not there to receive your order as arranged, an additional charge of £49 will be made to you in order to deliver the order again.

Delivery of Your Furniture

Furniture is delivered to the room of your choice by a two man crew (apart From the Mobel Oak range) who are trained in handling furniture. Once your purchase is ready for delivery, our delivery contractor will be in contact with you, by telephone or email to advise of a delivery date. (This is usually 3 or 4 days prior to when they will be in your area). The day before delivery they will contact you by text, email or phone to advise of an estimated time slot.

PLEASE BE AWARE: While the upmost care is taken when delivering each and every item. It is the responsibility of you the customer to make sure walls and flooring are adequately protected/covered at the time of delivery. Furniture Plus Online and associated delivery partners accept no responsibility to damaged caused to your property as a result of your furniture being delivered. 

Please Note: Smaller items(ie Mirrors or Bedside Cabinets etc) may be delivered by a 1 man parcel courier. Courier deliveries are between 8 am and 5pm; you are not telephoned before delivery. If no one is in when they arrive they first contact your neighbours, failing that they leave a card so you can arrange another day and there is no charge for this. Furniture will be placed in the first available space inside the premises. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture they purchase can pass through the doorways, hallways, rooms and staircases to the room of their choice. In the event of restricted access the delivery staff will leave the goods at the nearest convenient point for the customer.

Packaging & Waste

All packaging and waste is the responsibility of you the customer. We recommend the packaging to be recycled where possible. All local authorities have facilities for disposal of packaging materials. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PACKAGING UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. AS ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
