We offer free delivery on all orders over £500. Delivery is available to all areas of the UK mainland and is delivered by a two man delivery team to the room of your choice. Delivery is charged at £25 per order if below £500.
If you have access to your own transport you are welcome to collect your furniture from our furniture warehouse on the Wirral.
DELIVERY IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO THE CHANNEL ISLANDS, IRELAND, ISLE OF WIGHT AND THE ISLE OF MANN - PLEASE CALL FOR DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery of Your Furniture
All Furniture is delivered to the room of your choice by a two man delivery team who are trained in handling furniture.
When your purchase is ready for delivery, our delivery team will be in contact with you by telephone to advise of a delivery date. This is usually 3 or 4 days prior to when they will be in your area and it will be a set date as advised by our delviery company. The day before delivery they will contact you by text, email or phone to advise of an estimated time slot.
NB: All Baumhaus Furniture Ranges are only delivered by 1 person to a downstairs room.
Frustration Free - No Flat Pack Furniture - Exceptions
At Furniture Plus, we don't sell flat pack furniture. The majority of our products are designed with no home assembly needed, however on occasions to aid delivery or to avoid damage, our designers have deemed it best that certain items will need minimal home assembly.
Items needing minimal home assembly will be clearly identified in the individual item description as partially assembly required.
As a rule dining tables, beds and wardrobes need some home assembly.
In no way does this detract from the quality or structural integrity of the product.
Packaging & Waste
All packaging and waste is the responsibility of you the customer.
We recommend the packaging to be recycled where possible. All local authorities have facilities for disposal of packaging materials.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR PACKAGING UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. AS ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
